Our Funding Approach
Building the House of Hope requires a bold investment that matches the scale of need in Rogers Park.
The $15 million project reflects more than bricks and mortar—it is a permanent commitment to youth, families, and neighbors who deserve consistent, life-giving support. To steward resources wisely and open doors as soon as possible, construction will take place in two phases.
Fueling the Vision: $15 Million in Two Phases
This phased approach ensures doors open sooner, families are served sooner, and resources are stewarded wisely.

Phase I – $4M
First floor and shell of second floor, including multipurpose room and gathering spaces.
Phase I immediately expands capacity while laying the foundation for future growth—ensuring more students, families, and neighbors are served without delay.

Phase II – $11M
Classrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room.
Phase II delivers full-scale recreation, job development, and behavioral health supports, creating a permanent hub of belonging for Rogers Park families.
A Community of Support
How We Will Reach $15 Million Together
The House of Hope will be built through a broad community of generosity—transformational leadership gifts, sacrificial individual offerings, committed partners, and institutional grants working together to reach the $15 million goal.
Give to Vision 2030
Leadership and Major Gifts
Transformational commitments from families and foundations that set the pace for the campaign, anchoring the vision and inspiring others to follow with gifts that create lasting change.
Individual Giving
Hundreds of families, neighbors, and friends making multi-year gifts at every level. These sacrificial offerings, whether large or modest, combine to ensure the House of Hope becomes a permanent reality.
Corporate and Faith Partnerships
Companies and congregations standing with us through sponsorships, matching gifts, and employee engagement. These partnerships unite
workplaces and churches in the mission of strengthening Rogers Park.
Foundation and Public Partnerships
Grants from foundations and public agencies aligned with youth development, violence prevention, and family stability. These investments connect the House of Hope with wider networks of support.
Already more than $1 million has been given in faith — a testament to both leadership gifts and the collective sacrifice of individual donors.
