
David Nyren
Chairman of the Board, C24/7
David Nyren is Chairman of the Board for C24/7 and co-founder of AMD Capital, an independent marketing firm serving global investment managers. He previously spent over a decade at William Blair & Company, becoming a principal in 1999. David has also served as a Director of the Western Golf Association and chaired the Western Amateur Golf event in 2018. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and brings deep expertise in finance and marketing. Since 2018, David and his wife, Carolyn, along with their three children, have been actively involved with the C24/7 family in Rogers Park. He describes his work with C24/7 as humbling and inspiring, reflecting the resilience of families in the North of Howard neighborhood. Motivated by the leadership of James and Natalie Crockett, David is committed to ensuring the ministry’s impact continues to grow for generations.

Patrick–Bill Daniels
Chairman of the Board, C24/7
Patrick–Bill Daniels is a social worker and community organizer with more than a decade of experience in violence prevention and reentry services. In 2015, he founded the Bill and Margie Daniels Foundation to honor his parents, launching initiatives that provided meals and later affordable housing for single mothers on Chicago’s West Side. He has led community health and violence prevention programs through UCAN and Swedish Hospital, including the launch of READI Chicago. Today, Patrick–Bill directs community relations for a Chicago-based faith organization, leading efforts that have distributed more than $1.2 million citywide. A graduate of the Jane Addams School of Social Work, he brings both expertise and compassion to his leadership. Outside work, Patrick–Bill enjoys reading, cycling, spinning records, and traveling with his family. His faith and dedication to service guide his commitment to advancing the mission of C24/7.

Ann Chookaszian
Strategy & Innovation Leader
Ann Chookaszian is a strategy, innovation, and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience building high-performing teams. She has worked at The Boston Consulting Group, Feeding America, and McDonald’s, where she served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Global Impact Officer. In this role, she helped establish the function’s first integrated strategic plan and supported operational transformation across the global team. Ann holds an MBA from
Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Economics from Yale University. She and her husband, JP, live in Evanston with their two daughters, Ada and Grace. Since 2013, they have shared life and ministry alongside James and Natalie Crockett, experiencing God’s faithfulness in C24/7’s story. Today, Ann focuses her career on capacity-building in the social sector, bringing strategic vision and deep personal commitment to her role with the campaign.

James Crockett
Executive Director & Co-Founder, C24/7
James Crockett, co-founder and Executive Director of C24/7, grew up in Chicago’s public housing and understands the challenges of finding belonging without a father figure. After years of gang involvement and time in prison, James encountered Christ and felt called to minister to young men facing similar struggles. What began as a Bible study in his apartment grew into a thriving after-school program offering meals, homework help, and mentoring. In 2017, James and his wife Natalie formally established C24/7: Father’s Arms Ministries, which now serves thousands annually through youth development,
job training, and community outreach. Under his leadership, C24/7 partners with more than 20 congregations and relies on the generosity of individual donors for 95% of its revenue. James is dedicated to creating pathways of transformation rooted in faith, relationship, and presence. His vision continues to inspire the VISION 2030 campaign.

Natalie Crockett
Associate Director & Co-Founder, C24/7
Natalie Crockett, co-founder of C24/7, has lived and served in the North of Howard neighborhood since 2011. A graduate of Olivet Nazarene University, Natalie’s passion for authentic relationships with children, women, and families led her to become both a neighbor and leader. Together with her husband, James, she launched C24/7: Father’s Arms Ministries in 2016 to expand outreach and share the Gospel in tangible ways. Today, Natalie helps guide programs that provide after-school enrichment, job readiness, family supports, and community outreach. Inspired daily by the resilience of her neighbors, she remains dedicated to the mission. A mother of nine, Natalie balances family life with ministry leadership and enjoys encouraging others to pursue emotional, spiritual, and physical health. Her compassion and perseverance shape the heart of C24/7 and anchor the vision for the House of Hope.

Sheri Gibson
Fundraising & Development Professional
Sheri Gibson is a fundraising professional with more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, donor engagement, and grant development. She has built diverse funding streams across federal, state, corporate, and foundation partners, with a strong record of winning proposals and cultivating relationships. Sheri is skilled in scaling program growth, securing social enterprise support, and developing marketing and communications strategies that expand impact. She brings a servant leadership style marked by energy, creativity, and empathy. Known as a collaborative connector, Sheri has the ability to identify opportunities at personal, local, and national levels. At C24/7, she applies her expertise and passion for generosity to advance the VISION 2030 campaign. Colleagues describe her as a “superheroine” whose combination of professional acumen and heartfelt care makes her an invaluable partner in building the House of Hope.

David Holly is a senior executive with extensive experience driving business transformations and guiding organizations through technology adoption and change. With a background in emerging technologies, data transformation, and AI-enabled solutions, he is recognized for aligning business objectives with innovative tools that streamline operations and reduce costs. David is known for fostering collaboration, minimizing resistance to change, and creating environments that encourage growth. His leadership emphasizes both technical expertise and cultural alignment, helping organizations adapt to fast-paced markets. As part of the C24/7 campaign committee, David brings strategic insight and problem-solving skills to advance the mission. His professional discipline, combined with a heart for service, strengthens the foundation of VISION 2030 as the ministry builds a permanent home for hope in Rogers Park.

Andy Roane is the founder of Arpeoh, a purpose-driven Recruitment Process Outsourcing firm dedicated to helping organizations scale through collaborative and performance-focused talent solutions. With a career marked by transformational leadership and hands-on partnership, Andy has earned a reputation for aligning talent strategies with business outcomes while improving operational effectiveness. His approach combines data insights, practical execution, and a commitment to building accountable, high-trust teams. Beyond his professional work, Andy serves as an Elder at Village Presbyterian Church in Northbrook, where he teaches youth Sunday School and contributes to multiple ministries. His wife, Devon, shares his commitment to service and has volunteered weekly with C24/7’s after-school programs for the past four years. Andy’s dedication to both professional excellence and faith-based service make him a valuable advocate for the House of Hope and its lasting impact on Rogers Park.
